    • From Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
    • Box office and access to the Museum close 45 minutes earlier.

In addition, there may be additional closings due to the holding of official acts and religious celebrations.

Approximate duration of the visit

    • The visit includes: Claustral Building (Permanent Collection) and Gelmírez’s Palace (Maestro Mateo Space) + Sar’s Colegiata and Museum + Temporary Exhibitions
    • Museum – Permanent Collection: approximately 60 minutes.
    • Gelmírez’s Palace and Temporary Exhibitions: approximately 30 minutes.

Additional information:

    • Access with animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs.
    • Access with bags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas and pilgrim’s staffs to the interior of Portico of the Glory, Gelmírez’s Palace and Permanent collection will be denied.
    • If you have a ticket to the Cathedral’s Museum, the visit to the Museum of Santa María La Real de Sar is free, presenting this ticket.
