• • Any doubts regarding accessibility or any other recommendations, must contact (deac@catedraldesantiago.es) before purchasing the tickets. The access to the Portico from the Cathedral during the liturgic ceremony is not wheelchair accessible. See schedules.
  • Access with animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs.
  • Access with bags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas and pilgrim’s staffs to the interior of Portico of the Glory, Gelmírez’s Palace and Permanent collection will be denied.
  • You must arrive to the tickets office 15 minutes before the time of the visit.
  • If you have a ticket to the Cathedral’s Museum or to the Carraca’s Tower, the visit to the Museum of Santa María La Real de Sar is free, presenting this ticket.

You can visit the Permanent collection and Gelmírez’s Palace at any time of the day during open hours of the same or the next day, regardless of the time you have reserved for the visit to the Portico of Glory. The time of access to the Portico of Glory marked on the entrance ticket is approximate and could suffer certain variations depending on its capacity.

Individual Admission (Portico of Glory)

Please note the Museum’s opening and closing times. The selected visit time corresponds to the access to the Portico of Glory (capacity limited to 30 people at a time). The Permanent collection of the Museum can be visited before or after the Portico throughout the daily open hours (average duration: 60 minutes). If you visit the Portico during the last hours, the Permanent collection will have to be visited before the Portico or the next day.

General Admission: 12 €

• • Visitors that cannot benefit from the reduced or free admission.

Reduced Admission: 10 €

• • Individual members of large families with accreditation by the Official Family Book.
  • Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation.

  • Persons over 65 years of age
  • Under 12 years old (Accompanied by their parents or tutors)

Combined Admission Portico+Tower+Decks+Museum: 20 €

• • For each visitor, 2 tickets for the Tower-Portico-Decks-Museum rate (€ 10 each) must be added to the shopping cart, 1 for the Portico of the Glory and another for the Carraca’s Tower + Decks, choosing timetables where at least 1 hour and a half elapses between one visit and another and that are on the same day.

Reduces Combined Admission Portico+Tower+Decks+Musum: 16 €

• • For each visitor, 2 tickets of the Tower-Portico-Decks-Museum reduced rate (€ 8 each) must be added to the shopping cart, 1 for the Portico of the Glory and another for the Carraca’s Tower+ Decks , choosing timetables where at least 1 hour and a half elapses between one visit and another and that are on the same day.
